Before You Audition or Step in Front of the Camera

To protect both our performers and the production, every actor, extra, volunteer, or on-camera participant must complete and sign the required Talent Release & Appearance Waiver before:

  • Auditions (on camera)
  • Rehearsals where filming or photos may occur
  • Camera tests or screen tests
  • Any filming day or behind-the-scenes recording
TKP Studios Policy: No one is filmed, photographed, or recorded for the “Dorothy” project until the Talent Release & Appearance Waiver is fully completed, signed, and dated.

Required Document

The following document is required for all on-camera participants:

  • Talent Release & Appearance Waiver – covers use of image, voice, and performance, confirms volunteer/unpaid status at this stage, and grants TKP Studios the rights needed to legally use footage in trailers, episodes, and promotional material.

What Performers Need to Do

  1. Download and read the Talent Release & Appearance Waiver.
  2. Fill in your legal name, contact information, and all required fields.
  3. Sign and date the form. If you are under 18, a parent/legal guardian must also sign.
  4. Bring the completed form to your audition, rehearsal, or first filming day, or submit it electronically if instructed.

Reminder for TKP Studios Staff

Internal Reminder: Before any camera is rolling or photos are taken, verify that a signed Talent Release & Appearance Waiver is on file for each person appearing on camera. If it is not signed, they cannot be filmed.
