What’s New: Investor Opportunity in TKP Studios & Dorothy
TKP Holdings has officially opened its first Regulation D 506(c) round for accredited investors, focused on funding TKP Studios and our flagship true-crime series, Dorothy.
Funds will support production of the cinematic Dorothy trailer and the first 1–2 pilot episodes, TKP Studios build-out (equipment and post-production systems), casting, locations, and preparation for a future Regulation A+ Tier 2 offering.
True crime remains one of the most-watched streaming genres worldwide. Our goal is to bring a real, powerful story from Fresno’s Chinatown to platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Tubi, and more — while building a sustainable studio that can develop future TKP Originals.
