Before You Join the Crew

All crew members, including camera operators, editors, audio techs, lighting, and production assistants, must complete and sign the Crew Volunteer Work-For-Hire, Liability & NDA Agreement before working on the Dorothy project or handling any TKP Studios equipment or materials.

Important: This project is currently in the development and fundraising stage. All crew participation is fully volunteer and unpaid until funding is secured.

What This Agreement Covers

  • Confirms crew status as volunteer independent contractor
  • Work-for-hire ownership – all footage and materials belong to TKP Studios
  • Built-in Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for all story and production details
  • Equipment care and basic liability terms
  • Safety and conduct expectations on set
  • Release of claims related to normal production activity

Steps for New Crew Members

  1. Download the PDF agreement.
  2. Fill in your name, role, and contact information.
  3. Sign and date the form.
  4. Email a scanned copy or clear photo of all pages to TKP Studios (or bring a printed copy to your first call time).
