TKP Studios Writer Requirements – “Dorothy” Series

Before Any Writing, Reviewing, or Story Access
To protect the “Dorothy” project and TKP Studios' intellectual property, all writers, editors, script consultants, and creative contributors must complete the following documents before receiving story materials, outlines, case files, or scripts:
- Writer Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Writer Work-Made-For-Hire & Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement
TKP Studios Policy:
No writer may receive sensitive story documents or contribute to the script until
both agreements are signed and verified.

What Writers Need to Do
- Download and read the Writer Packet.
- Fill out all required fields with your legal name and information.
- Sign and date both agreements.
- Submit the completed packet electronically or bring it to your first writer meeting.
- Wait for written confirmation from TKP Studios before accessing protected materials.
Important Notes for Writers
- Writer participation is voluntary and unpaid at this phase.
- All script contributions are legally considered Work-Made-For-Hire.
- TKP Studios retains 100% ownership of all written material.
- Writers may receive credit at TKP Studios’ discretion.
- No royalties or backend participation are offered to writers.
