Dorothy Project Update — January
We’re excited to share a quick update on the development of Dorothy.
After weeks of writing, coordination, and planning, we are preparing for a proof-of-concept / trailer shoot scheduled for February 11th. This shoot will help establish the tone, performances, and visual direction of the series as we continue development.
In parallel, the full writing team is coming together for an upcoming group Zoom meeting to align creatively, review early materials, and collaborate on the next phase of development. Writers will be working from a “First Pass” script and concept materials, which are intentionally open for refinement, expansion, and collective polish.
Micro-Series & Short-Form Storytelling
Alongside long-form development, Dorothy will also explore short-form storytelling, including micro-videos for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels. These pieces allow us to:
